Le Sonmudo et termes équivalents sont déclarés à l’INPI sous le No National 17 4 346 959
Frédéric FOUBERT est seul habilité par le Grand Maître Jeog Un Seol pour valider le titre d’instructeur à toute personne ayant suivi les formations adéquates.
Il est certifié Instructeur depuis 1999.
« According to the managerial regulations of World Sunmudo Federation, you must have the recommendation from the master of the center in order to take part in a Dan test. Therefore, the training center with the qualified instructor should be registered in France Association. Also the person for a Dan test should submit the application with the recommendation of the head of France Sunmudo federation to WSF.
A person who is not registered in France Association and do not have the recommendation from France Association will not be given the qualification for a Dan test.
